About Kris

Hey there! I’m Kristin (but everyone calls me Kris) Barry, and I was born a Disney Fan. I always joke that “I come from a long line of Disney Lovers”…but really, Disney hasn’t been around that long. I grew up in California and started going to the Disneyland Resort when I was three. My grandma went the year Disneyland Park opened, she took my mom and then she took me and I’ve been going ever since.

I met my husband when he was stationed in California with the United States Air Force, and before we moved to Okinawa Japan, we took our (then) 5-year-old and 6-month-old to Disneyland Resort for the first time. Growing up visiting Disneyland Park multiple times a year, I have some of THE best memories in the parks and I wanted to create that magic for my own kids. Having raised our kids on Disney for the last 11 years, I have experienced just about every stage of Disney Travel with kids.

Now living in Massachusetts, we find ourselves on the opposite coast and visiting Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Orlando Resort multiple times a year. I’ve done Adult-Only trips, Multigenerational trips, Girls' Trips, Birthday Trips, Anniversary Trips…just about all the trips you can imagine. And I love helping others plan their trips. Through all my years of visiting the Disney and Universal parks, I use that experience to help other families plan their dream vacations.
