Nothing! The cost of our services is already baked into the price of hotel reservations, transportation, etc. so you pay for a Travel Agent regardless of if you use one or not – so get your money's worth and let us take care of your needs!

Travel Insurance is optional, however, it does provide you with peace of mind in case anything doesn't go to plan. Travel Insurance will cover things such as, cancellation for medical reasons, trip interruption, baggage loss, medical expenses incurred while on your trip and more. Each of our travel partners offers their own version of Travel Insurance and we would be happy to offer you a quote!

A standard hotel reservation is simply a room only reservation (some hotels include breakfast), while an All Inclusive reservation typically includes unlimited drinks, meals, and snacks along with the room.

Yes. While we take care of your vacation planning, you'll still need to book your own airfare (if needed) and complete any required online check-ins or travel documents. We'll provide reminders along the way and are happy to assist with airport transportation and other transportation arrangements.

Every airport has its own rules and processes, similar with each unique airline. Depending on the airport you choose, we would recommend you research estimated wait times for security and travel times between terminals to ensure you arrive to your gate on time.

We accept all major Debit and Credit cards as well as Gift Cards. To request or process payment we ask that you please complete our Payment Form and your travel specialist will process your payment on your behalf.
